Any delivery from the Security Giant takes place, unless otherwise agreed in writing, according to the sales and delivery conditions below. Since we deal with both private individuals and businesses, you must be aware of the conditions that apply. It is clearly marked below.

When you place an order via sikrechtsgiganten.dk, we send an automatic email, which shows which products you have ordered.

Prices:
All prices are in DKK Danish kroner and are displayed as a starting point both inclusive and exclusive of VAT (25%). Marketed prices and prices in offers are daily prices. The prices are always exclusive of freight and environmental fees.

The taxes imposed by law on packaging, nickel-cadmium batteries, PVC and phthalates will appear separately as product lines, and stand immediately after the taxed goods.

In the event of delays, backorders or out-of-stock items, we endeavor to inform you as soon as possible about this and what we can do in the matter.

Price error:
If a price is clearly incorrect and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are under no obligation to supply that product at the incorrect price.

Delivery time:
Stocked standard goods are delivered within 1-4 working days to all fixed parts of the country.

The following product groups; fall protection, shoes, safety signs, fire extinguishers, eye wash, hand cream and soap are only ordered when the buyer orders. In this way, the buyer always gets the newest and most updated product delivered.

In the case of an agreed delivery date, we reserve the right to change this due to external circumstances in business purchases.

Freight and environmental fee:
The security giant delivers free of charge for order sizes over DKK 800 excl. VAT / DKK 1000 incl. VAT throughout Denmark. Orders under DKK 100 excl. VAT, a handling fee of DKK 24 excl. VAT or NOK 30 incl. VAT.

Our shipping prices are from DKK 34.5-110.25 excl. VAT depending on delivery method.

The item is delivered with either GLS or Danske Fragtmænd.

If the buyer is not at home when receiving the goods and delivery is therefore not possible, a fee will be charged for renewed delivery. Therefore, remember to write on the delivery conditions, if the item may can/must be placed outside - this is done at your own risk and responsibility.

Reservation of title for sales to traders:
The security giant reserves the right of ownership over delivered goods until full payment of the purchase price has taken place, with the addition of any interest and costs.

Limitation of liability in B2B relations:
A compensation claim against the security giant cannot exceed the invoice amount for the Products sold and is otherwise limited to damages which can typically be foreseen when the Agreement is entered into, where the Seller has acted grossly negligently.

The safety giant is not liable for operating losses, loss of profits or other indirect losses in connection with the Agreement, including indirect losses arising as a result of delays or defects in the Products sold.

If an extraordinary situation arises which is beyond the Security Giant's control, or where the obligation due to unforeseen or external events has become unusually burdensome for the Security Giant to fulfill - and which must be regarded as force majeure and hardship i.e. natural disasters, fire, war, requisition, seizure , currency restrictions, riots, unrest, pandemics, lack of means of transport, general shortages of goods, restrictions on driving force, government orders, disease outbreaks, health crises, epidemics, pandemics, strikes or production disruptions at suppliers for which Security Giant cannot be held responsible.

Payment:
You can use the following payment methods on the website:

Credit card:

Dankort, VISA, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club International JCB & Mobilepay.

There is no fee for card payment and the amount is only deducted from your account when all goods have been sent from the security giant.

Payment with ViaBill:
When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. After this, you must pay your monthly allowance on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee of NOK 39 will be charged. If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill ends.
ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.
Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress.

Account:
After credit approval, you have the option of creating an account with the Security giant.

Account transfer:

It is also possible to pay by transferring money to Sikkerhedsgiganten's account at Sydbank. With a bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.

Payment conditions for traders:
Orders purchased in cash with a credit card will only have the amount deducted when the order has been dispatched. Payment of invoices and account purchases must be made no later than the date indicated on the invoice as the latest timely payment date. If the payment is made after the due date, 2% interest is calculated per month until the due amount is paid.
Reminders are charged a fee of DKK 100. The buyer's payments are first written off against accrued interest and costs – then against the debt. The buyer is not entitled to set off any counterclaims to SecurityGiant, without the written approval of SecurityGiant, and does not have the right to withhold parts of the purchase price due to counterclaims of any kind.

Security of payment:
The security giant uses SSL encryption, which is the highest possible standard for encryption and security when paying by credit card on the Internet. Our payment solution Anyday is PCI certified by VISA/MasterCard. With Anyday, you can safely shop on our website.

Personal information is stored with the greatest possible security and may be passed on to suppliers for the fulfillment of contractual obligations for delivery.

Reservation of amount:

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or 2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

We offer payment with the international payment cards Mastercard and Visa.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.

The shipping costs associated with returns are DKK 36 excl. VAT / DKK 45 incl. VAT.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@sikherdsgiganten.dk or use the standard cancellation form.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying Security Giant at the same time.

Please note that returned goods can only be sent to the following address and that we do NOT accept returned parcels sent to parcel shops or parcel boxes:

Label the package "ATT: Return" and attach a copy of the return slip or your order confirmation as documentation.

Goods that are not sent to this address or via the parcel shop are refused receipt by the security giant

If the package is sent to a parcel shop against our trading conditions, you will be contacted every agreement of a handling fee of DKK 100 for us to collect the package.

Cancellation of part of the purchase:
If you have purchased several items from the Security giant, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
If you have obtained a volume discount and subsequently regret part of the purchase and no longer meet the condition for obtaining the volume discount, you will no longer be entitled to the value of the discount.

Return:
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

Certain items cannot be returned by normal post.
Special return rules - no right of withdrawal:

Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • For hygienic and safety reasons, disposable masks, masks and mounting filters cannot be returned if the packaging is broken.
  • Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch
  • Custom-made signs cannot be returned

The item's condition when you send it back:
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of withdrawal in commercial purchases
There is no right of withdrawal in business relationships (B2B agreements).

Complaints and warranty:
When you shop at Sikkerhedsgianten, the rules of the Purchase Act on the right to complain apply.

Private consumer:
According to Danish legislation, all goods are covered by a 2-year warranty. This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
The right of complaint does not include errors, damages or wear and tear that have occurred due to incorrect use/operating errors, lack of maintenance, incorrect storage or general wear and tear damage or other damage caused by the buyer. Contact us before sending the item at info@sikkerdsgiganten.dk.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

We only receive packages that are sent directly to our address.

Entrepreneurs:
Business customers (B2B customers) are granted a 12-month right of complaint. Any errors and deficiencies must be reported to Security Giant as soon as they are discovered. Business customers do not obtain a new right of complaint by complaint and exchange. We reserve the right to remedy e.g. in the form of repairs rather than replacement.
A minimum of 20% of the invoice amount is calculated to partially cover handling costs.

Advertising must be done immediately! Just as there is an obligation to examine the item when it is received.

Product responsibility:
The security giant can only be held liable for damage caused by a product, if documentation can be submitted that the security giant is the direct cause of the damage, and is only liable in accordance with the legislation in the Product Liability Act.

The security giant is not liable for operating losses, loss of profit or other indirect losses.

Force Majeure:
In the event of force majeure, which exempts the security giant from responsibility, it is considered, among other things, the following conditions at Security Giant or Security Giant's subcontractors:

War and state of emergency, strike, lockout, natural disasters, supply failures, fire, import and export bans, currency restrictions and production stoppages.

To be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .

Personal data policy:
We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We only register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Sikkerhedsgiganten ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. Venue B2B relationship:
Any disagreement between the Seller and the Customer must be settled according to Danish law and must, in the first instance, be brought before the Maritime and Commercial Court, alternatively the security giant's home court.
