Rub the palms together and make sure to get the soap distributed between the fingers and on the backs of both hands. Also wash your thumbs thoroughly, as well as your wrists. Then rinse thoroughly with water.

Hands and wrists are moistened with soap and water. Rub palm against palm, right palm over the back of the left hand and left palm over the back of the right hand. Then wash palm against palm with the fingers interlaced, as well as palm against the back of the opposite hand where the fingers intertwine. Then wash the right thumb with the left palm and vice versa. Finish with rotary washing of both wrists.
