Medical Care Hexaflourine 2 x 500ml is a wall-mounted flushing station containing 2 bottles of 500ml each.
This flushing station is designed to neutralize and flush away chemical splashes from both eyes. It can be used as a filling station and supplement for hand-held bottles. You can also supplement with a tube of 40 g calcium gluconate gel.

This wall-mounted rinsing station is equipped with 2 bottles of Hexaflourine®, each with a capacity of 500 ml. The contents are specially designed to neutralize and flush smaller amounts of hydrofluoric acids from the whole body, especially from the face and eyes. Flushing must be initiated within 60 seconds of chemical splash to minimize damage, so be sure to place the flush station near the risk area where the accident may occur. This flushing station is suitable for the treatment of hydrofluoric acid accidents and is CE marked as a medical technical product. It also meets the requirements as a replacement for fixed eyewash devices and emergency showers according to EN 15154-3/4. It quickly neutralizes both the corrosive acid and the toxic fluoride ion.

This irrigation station can be used to rinse the eyes, skin, oral cavity, ear canal and open wounds. It is intended for single use and has a shelf life of 2 years. The unique hypertonic property of Hexaflourine® prevents the penetration of the harmful chemical and at the same time pulls already penetrated chemical out of the tissue. Its positive effects are scientifically and practically documented in the report 2010:6 from the Swedish National Institute for the Working Environment.
