The CleanAIR Chemical 2F turbo machine is a compact and lightweight unit known for its excellent durability, chemical resistance and increased protection against ingress. The well-thought-out design with a smooth surface makes it easy to decontaminate the machine by showering or even full immersion. The unique automatic closing system prevents unwanted contamination while the filters are being changed. The intelligent Flow Control system maintains the airflow at a constant level regardless of filter clogging or low battery. An audio-visual alarm indicates when the battery needs to be charged or when the filters need to be replaced.

The turbomachine is equipped with a Li-Ion battery and a fast battery charger that has a charging time of less than 3 hours. With a Li-Ion battery, the machine can run for up to 10 hours, and with a Heavy Duty battery, it can run for up to 16 hours. The weight of the machine including battery is only 960 g.

The well-thought-out design with a smooth surface makes it easy to decontaminate the machine by showering or even full immersion. The machine is protected against liquid splashes from all angles with IP64. When the machine is switched on and equipped with CleanAIR filters, it is also protected against water jets from all angles with IP65. If the machine is switched off, it can withstand being immersed in water or disinfectant liquid with IP68. The machine can be disinfected with e.g. sodium hypochlorite solution and peracetic acid solution (Persteril).

The CleanAIR Chemical 2F turbo machine is suitable for use in heavy industrial environments, including the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. It can also be used for pollution control, laboratories and first aid teams as well as emergency teams. The machine provides biological protection.

The package contains the CleanAIR Chemical 2F turbo machine, a belt, a Li-Ion battery (Heavy Duty battery can be purchased separately) and a charger.
